Note: To ensure prompt handling, we recommend submitting notifications in writing via email with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice” and attaching any supporting documents if applicable. Incomplete notifications may delay processing.
3. Action Upon Receipt of Notification
Upon receipt of a valid notification, SnuggleSouls will take appropriate actions, including removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material. We will promptly notify the individual responsible for posting the material and provide them with a copy of the notification. We will also inform them of the right to file a counter-notification if they believe the content removal was erroneous.
4. Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:
Your full name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.
Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including its previous location (e.g., URL).
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Your electronic or physical signature.
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal district court in the district where your address is located (or, if outside the U.S., in the Northern District of California), and agreeing to accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

5. Repeat Infringer Policy
SnuggleSouls has adopted and reasonably implements a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access privileges of users who are repeat infringers of copyrighted material. We may terminate access for any user who we determine, in our sole discretion, has repeatedly violated these policies.
6. Limitations
